Use the Checklist folder to keep track of items requiring an action. Items in this folder have a corresponding checkbox and can be ordered and checked off when completed. You can move any item, including mail messages, into the Checklist folder.
You can change the order of items using the toolbar above or by using drag 'n drop:
will move the selected item to the top of the checklist.
will move the selected item to the bottom of the checklist.
will move the selected item up or down in the checklist.
You can create other folders that work the way the Checklist folder does by editing the display settings (view by checklist) of the folder properties.
